We are very interested in getting more information in order to “make connections” with you as part of our team. Please indicate if you would like to have any of your courses approved for Continuing Education Credits.

- Resume
- Program topics and sample outline
- Sample fee schedule
- 1-2 reference letters.
If you are selected to join our Speaker’s Bureau, we will promote you with no upfront fees until presentations are confirmed. We will send you a yearly contract outlining the specific terms and conditions.
